Q.Can you deliver to my event?
A.We can deliver to you if you are within 50 miles of zip code 75704.
Common areas we serve are:
Tyler, Chandler, Lindale, Troup, Bullard, Flint, and Whitehouse
Q.How much do you charge for delivery?
A.We charge $20 to deliver to an event that is within 10 miles of zip code 75704. If your event is outside of that zone we charge an extra $3/mile after the first 10 miles. Please be aware that due to high gas prices as well as time involved, travel fees can be high. Please call our office for a current quote.
Q.When will you deliver my rental items?
A.Our standard delivery is 1-2 days before the event. Pickup will be 1-2 days after the event.
We cannot guarantee delivery or pickup at a specific time. Specific delivery or pickup times will require an additional charge.
Q.Do you setup and breakdown?
A.Yes! We setup and breakdown tables and chairs for no additional charge if you request it. We setup and breakdown tents at no additional cost.
Q.What happens if I return an item damaged?
A.The damage waiver fee of 8% will cover the damaged item. Please be aware, however, that the damage waiver fee will not cover loss of property, theft, damage resulting from vandalism, or weather damage.
You may decline coverage before delivery, just let us know. By declining rental protection, you agree to pay the full retail price for all items requiring repair or replacement.
Q.When do I need to pay the remainder of my invoice?
A.We will contact you the Monday before your event, and you may pay anytime between then and the day we deliver. You must pay by the time we deliver or we cannot leave the rental items at your event.
Q.What payments do you take?
A.We take cash or credit cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change; our drivers do not carry cash.
Q.What if I need to cancel?
A.You may cancel up until the day before we deliver. However, we cannot refund the 25% deposit at that point. You may use your deposit amount toward another event date.
Q.Do you require a deposit?
A.Yes all orders require a non-refundable 25% deposit in order to secure rental items.
Q.What surfaces do you set up on?
A.We can set up tents on grass, dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Tent weights or stakes are highly encouraged. Even a small breeze can knock over a tent.
Q.Can I see a copy of your contract?
A.Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office.
Q.Am I responsible for rental items if they get a tear or damaged in any way?
A.Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear to rental items. Please alert us if you notice anything beyond normal wear and tear. The damage waiver covers accidental damages. If, however, damage occurs due to negligence you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the rental item which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our terms.
